Cash Genie offer small, short term loans between £75 - £750 that you pay back on your next payday. Providing there are no problems with your application the money can be transferred directly into your account the same day, however there is a £20 charge for this.

If you are approved, you will need to give them your bank account and debit card details as well as a signed a copy of your loan agreement. You may be required to send in any further documentation at this point The funds are then transferred to your account. If you are looking for a same or next day payout, a CHAPs fee may be applicable. It will take 3- 5 working days otherwise.

well i have taken one, emailed them to roll over... was easy, have not yet paid off loan, as have arranged roll over but will update, but email response was fast and helped me,.. the loan which i asked for was quick to.... so i have no problems as yet.

At the end off the day if you can not afford the re-payments on a pay day loan, DO NOT APPLY FOR ONE.
I applied for a loan, read the terms and conditions, agreed to them, they gave me the money, I paid it back plus the interest.
Problem solved. The only reason they would take money out of your account without permission is if you have not made a payment or contacted them, this is clearly stated in the terms and conditions that everyone who has recieved money from them should have read.

Was quick and simple just the way I like it.
Alot of these reviews are flaming the company but if you read the contract properly it says what they can and cant do.
No one is going to like a pay day loans company because of the interest rate but at the end of the day this is needed to make money.
There payments team was also brilliant.

"Very fast process"
Just dealt with the lender and the customer team were great. The girl at the end of the phone was polite and loan was processed very fast which was nice! Only thing was the interest, but every payday lender is the same. I like to judge these companies on how quick they are and how nice they are on the phone and both were great!

Took a £200 pound loan out with this company. I must admit after reading some of these reviews I was a bit worried but I had no problems. Its a pain they have to ring you to arrange for the money to be paid out but it was all done on the same day and I got the money within the hour. The best thing about this company is that they only take the interest payment on your pay day and they leave it up to you if you wanna pay any extra off the loan or pay the loan in full. The first month I just let them take the interest (they did this all in one payment, not multiple like described on here) and then each subsequent month I paid a little off the balance. Its all paid now and I would definately consider using them in the future. The interest is high but you expect that with a payday loan. I liked the flexibility of not having the whole amount come out on my next payday and not being charged extra to roll the loan over.
